WINTER GEAR STORAGE
Seasoned sun travelers know what a pain it is to truck bulky winter clothes (necessary in the grip of the Newfoundland winter) to tropical climates. Not only does this make for an uncomfortable arrival and a better appreciation for what it means to be a wayward penguin near the equator, but it occupies space in your luggage which would be better served to pack extra clothes, personal items or souvenirs. Gander International Airport will take your bulky winter gear and store it in a secure area. You can pick it up upon return. It's just a small way we work to ensure a better, safer, more convenient travel experience. Visit the information counter at the airport to drop off you winter goods.

SNOW RESCUE SQUAD
While you're away on travel or pleasure, your parked car may be accumulating snow. While we regularly plow our secure parking area, snow can accumulate around your vehicle, making for an unpleasant return home. No problem - let us know when you are due back and our Snow Rescue Squad will shovel out your car to ensure you are ready to go. Visit the information counter at the airport for information.
