Allied Aviation has fine tuned its emergency diversion procedures so as to expedite the process and to assist the passengers and crew on to their destination as quickly as possible.

The local authorities are notified including the local hospital and ambulance service. The James Paton Memorial Hospital is a fully equipped facility and only minutes from the airport. While the medical professionals are taking care of the passenger, Allied Aviation will ensure the aircraft is serviced and fuelled and ready to depart immediately after the passenger is deplaned, minimizing down-line delays. Allied Aviation will then follow up with the passenger and the airline until the passenger departs Gander. The personal help provided to the passenger and their families is always much appreciated.
- AIR RAGE DIVERSIONS - Unfortunately, occurrences of air rage have been on the rise. Allied Aviation is experienced in minimizing the ground time caused by an in-flight disturbance.

Passengers and crew mostly appreciate the personal contact and help they receive from our staff.
- WEATHER DIVERSIONS - Weather conditions on the East Coast of Canada and the United States continuously affect the schedules of International and domestic carriers. Gander International Airport continues to be a safe and reliable alternative airport.
