Every director of the Authority is required to file a disclosure statement upon becoming a director. Thereafter, each director must file an annual disclosure statement, which is reviewed by the entire board and by the Authority’s external auditors.
Committees
There are four committees of the Board of Directors. Committees are only empowered to make recommendations to the board unless directed otherwise by the board. Whenever possible, all decisions involve the entire board.
